The Pelvic Floor Training Aid – Phase II is most suitable for a lasting pelvic floor training, if you have already developed a feeling for your pelvic floor musculature (e.g. with the ELANEE Pelvic Floor Training Aids – Phase I) and it shows a fundamental strength. By regular training the atony of the bladder (incontinence due to exertion and stress) can be improved, rectified or cured preventively. The ELANEE Pelvic Floor Training Aid – Phase II is silent and is invisible under clothing. The training can be included in the daily routine.
Training with vibrations
The ELANEE Pelvic Floor Training Aid – Phase II consists of two hollow bodies that are joined by a broad connector. Both hollow bodies contain a ball that oscillates freely. With each movement, the inner ball oscillates against the exterior wall of the hollow body and creates a slight vibration. This vibration is directly transmitted to the pelvic floor muscles. In this way, the musculature is stimulated and strengthened.
The wide, flat surface of the lower part ensures that as much vibration as possible is directly transmitted to the pelvic floor muscles. The broad connector between both halves amplifies the oscillation of both balls whereby the effect is intensified. The upper part is smaller and designed in a way that the Training Aid can be inserted easily.
Training during and after pregnancy
Especially for pregnant women and young mothers pelvic floor training is very important. Pregnancy and giving birth may lead to overexpansion and/or weakening of the pelvic floor. This may result in urinary incontinence (due to exertion or stress) or a misplacement of abdominal organs. Just like any other muscle, the pelvic floor may be strengthened by exercise. In this way, you may remedy this condition yourself or even prevent it prophylactically.
If your muscles are very weak and you are not aware of them a trainig with ELANEE Pelvic Floor Training Aids - Phase I is usefull. The Training Aids Phase I will help you to become aware of your pelvic floor musculature and to build up a fundamental strength.
If your muscles already have a basic strength, you can continue the training with the ELANEE Pelvic Floor Training Aid - Phase II. The training can be included in the daily routine.
Pelvic floor training with ELANEE Training Aids can have a comfortable and stimulating influence and increase the sexual sensations.
ELANEE Pelvic Floor Training Aid – Phase II should be used with the following situations:
