Menstrual cups can be used by girls and women from the first period. If they are virgin or not is no matter for the first use. 

Our definition for a virgin is a woman who has not yet had vaginal intercourse. The presence or absence of the hymen is not important to us.

Any sanitary article introduced into the vagina during menstruation CAN (but does not!) injure the hymen, whether tampon, menstrual cup or natural sponge. Even with everyday things, such as sports, the hymen can tear down.

If the preservation of the hymen is of cultural, religious or personal importance, it is not recommended to use any hygiene items during menstruation that trap the menstrual fluid inside the body.

Only in the size selection, this small detail must be considered: For women who have not had sexual intercourse, have a narrower vagina. They are usually still in the "finding phase" with their body and the application is a challenge at the first times. Therefore, in most cases we recommend our sizes S and SHORTY S. Only when using larger tampons we recommend our larger variants:
